Circuit Court Judge Mark Duthie told Dennis Floyd LaLonde, age 52, to repay the couple he defrauded in a home building scam. Mr. LaLonde was ordered to pay more than $93,000 he took. Judge Duthie also added he set the amount of restitution so high that he didn’t expect that LaLonde would ever be able to repay it. He plead no contest to fraud use of a contractor fund on Jan 18th.
