A man from Barryton accused of scamming an elderly couple out of home building money, was set for sentencing yesterday but it was delayed until April.  52 year old Dennis Floyd LaLonde, plead no-contest to misuse a contractor fund, back on January 18th, which is a 3 year felony. Sentencing will take place at 9am on April 5th!
