Irving Cartagena, Hector Robles, Luis Cruz, and Carlos Macci were arrested for allegedly selling fentanyl-infested heroin to the late Michael K Williams. As we told you, the 54-year-old was found dead in his Brooklyn apartment of a drug overdose in September. The four were charged with narcotics conspiracy for distributing the tainted drugs that led to “The Wire” star’s death. Surveillance footage showed them selling drugs even after they learned that it was their product that killed the actor.
