James Franco has been subpoenaed for a deposition early next year in Johnny Depp’s defamation lawsuit against Amber Heard. He’ll be questioned about whether he had an affair with Amber. They also want to know if he saw the bruises that she claimed came from a beating from Johnny. A trial date is set for April 11th in Fairfax County, Virginia and is expected to last 12 days.
