On Friday, Judge Brenda Penny ruled that Britney Spears’ conservatorship is over after more than 13 years. Along the way…her lawyer, Matthew Rosengart, told the judge that a “safety net” has been put into place to protect both the personal and financial side of Brit’s affairs. She took to Instagram thanking her fans and calling it the “Best Day Ever”.
