Michiganders can get their first violation of driving while intoxicated expunged from their record, under certain circumstances. Gov. Whitmer signed House Bills 4219 and 4220 on Monday, which are expected to allow an estimated 200,000 non-repeat OWI offenders to have a clean record. She also signed HB 4308 & 4309 which’ll continue Michigan’s legal blood alcohol content level for driving at a .08. The BAC legal limit was set to rise to .10 on Oct. 1st!
