Ferris State University is requiring masks be worn inside building on the Big Rapids campus. The new mandate applies to all faculty, staff, students and visitors, regardless of vaccination status. The reason for the rule is because Mecosta County has moved from a “moderate” to “substantial” level of COVID-19 community spread.
