A 10-year-old Gratiot County boy was killed early Monday morning when he fell from a fender on a farm tractor and was run over. Gratiot deputies and medical personnel were sent to South Ely Highway, south of Wilson Road, just after 6 a.m. A family member driving the tractor said they hit a bump when the child fell and was run over. The driver was not injured.
