Dustin Diamond’s cancer scare has become a reality. We previously reported that the “Saved By The Bell” star was hospitalized earlier this week for what the docs suspected could be cancer… it turns out it is cancer, and it’s stage 4.
A rep for the actor has confirmed the unfortunate news. The docs found a lump in Diamond’s throat that led to the diagnosis, and he’s already started treatment. His rep has revealed that Diamond is getting his first round of chemotherapy.
Apparently, that’s not all that he’s dealing with health-wise, either. The rep also says Diamond is experiencing pain from having shingles. Diamond and his family are in our thoughts during this difficult time.
