Fires were put out all around central Michigan last weekend. The first was Saturday morning at a home on Pickard Road, west of Mt. Pleasant and east of Meridian Road. Then Sunday morning Firefighters were called to E. Millbrook Road for a barn fire. It was a total loss for the barn, but no animals or people were harmed in either blaze.
