Tom Hanks believes movie theaters will survive the COVID-19 pandemic.
During an interview with “Collider” for his new film, “News of the World,” Hanks discussed the move of many films debuting on streaming services as movie theaters are forced to close due to the ongoing health crisis.
Hanks says he believes that once theaters are allowed to reopen, they’ll have the freedom of choice of what movies they’re going to play and will still be the go-to release option for big budget films.
