A 36-year-old Shepherd man was found in a thicket in a T-shirt and jeans by a state trooper’s tracking dog more than an hour after wandering away from his car that had gone off icy roads Saturday. The man was intoxicated. He was arrested for drunken driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and having open intoxicants in a vehicle. His arraignment is pending.
