A Flint police officer accused of raping a girl is facing additional charges. Justin Eric McLeod (McCloud), 36, from Flushing, was arraigned last week on (9) charges related to raping a minor. Sheriff Swanson said (9) more charges were issued after a 2nd victim came forward. Mr. McLeod (McCloud) was immediately relieved of his duty and place on administrative leave, without pay.
(Charges against him include):
- Four counts of criminal sexual conduct first degree with a person under 13,
- Two counts of criminal sexual conduct second degree with a person under 13,
- One count of accosting a child for immoral purposes,
- One count of aggravated indecent exposure,
- One count of unlawful imprisonment.
