A recreational marijuana applicant who scored fourth in the city of Mt. Pleasant’s process is suing the city. Pure Releaf said s that the three-person panel of City Planner Jacob Kain, former City Clerk Jeremy Howard and Director of Public Safety Paul Lauria awarded points arbitrarily and were denied a license unfairly.
