Shaquille O’Neal may have the moves, but he won’t be using them on “Dancing with The Stars.” In case you missed it, he says he won’t do it because everyone’s doing it. “I like being the innovator,” he explained. “If it was season one, I would do it. But I can’t do it in season two [or after].”
