Bill Burr hosted the “Saturday Night Live” over the weekend – and let’s just say that his monologue got everyone talking.

In case you missed it, Bill criticized White women for hijacking the “woke movement,” which was supposed to be about people of color getting the opportunities that they deserve. “Somehow, White women swung their Gucci booted feet over the fence of oppression and stuck themselves at the front of the line,” he joked, adding that he’s never heard so much complaining from them, “My life is so hard. My SUV and my heated seats. You have no idea what it’s like to be me.”

After Burr questioned the length of Gay Pride month versus Black History Month, the Twitterverse went crazy. One questioned whether a straight White man should tackle homophobia and racism, while another questioned whether he was qualified to rant about “cancel culture.” On the flipside, some praised the comedian for his comments. “I love that Bill Burr made a perfect joke about White women making everything about us and then a bunch of White women on Twitter lost their minds because they think it was a mean joke. Thus….proving his point,” one user said.
