More than 800 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were reported in Michigan Thursday. There were 829 new confirmed cases and nine new deaths from the day before. The Morning Sun reports that slightly more than 8 people per 1,000 residents of Isabella County have been infected by COVID-19, the largest proportional number of people infected.
