Amy Adams has reportedly joined the upcoming movie adaptation of “Dear Evan Hansen.” She’ll play Cynthia Murphy, mother of the characters Connor and Zoe Murphy, in Universal Pictures’ upcoming adaptation of the Tony-winning musical.
