Ewan McGregor is saying goodbye to more than half of his “Star Wars” money. As part of his divorce from ex-wife Eve Mavrakis, a judge has signed off on the couple’s split, with McGregor set to split up royalties and residuals from the projects he worked on during their marriage.
McGregor and Mavrakis filed for divorce in 2018 after being married since 1995. Since then, he’s starred in four “Star Wars” movies, “Angels & Demons,” “The Men Who Stare at Goats,” and “Moulin Rouge.” She’ll also get $500K cash to oven out the asset split, child support of almost $15K per month, and spousal support of almost $36K per month.
On top of that, she’s walking away with a $7-million Los Angeles pad, five cars and bank accounts. McGregor will be keeping a bunch of the cars and motorcycles he collected, and they’ve agreed on joining custody of their nine-year-old daughter.
