Detroit Public Schools are scheduled to open their doors TODAY for the start of summer classes, after being shut down this spring due to Covid. Superintendent Vitti said he sees a “desperate demand” for in-person learning and that online teaching isn’t a “one size fits all” approach! Approx 4,000 parents have their kids enrolled in this summer program.
