Jim Gaffigan is set to portray former Toronto mayor Rob Ford in a scripted AMC series in the works. “Variety” reports that Ed Helms is co-executive producing the dark comedy, which will dive into the rise and fall of the controversial mayor infamously caught on video doing drugs during his reelection campaign.
