As we previously told you, a report claimed that Katy Perry and fiancé Orlando Bloom, who are expecting their first child together this summer, were planning to get married in June in Japan, but it seems that wedding won’t be happening. And as you probably guessed, the coronavirus is to blame.
“It was all set for Japan with 150 guests. Katy was actually really excited about walking down the aisle pregnant,” a source tells “People.” “They were both so elated that all the wedding details were finally coming together, but they are hitting pause because of coronavirus.”
But coronavirus isn’t keeping the pregnant Katy from traveling all together. She was in Australia this weekend where she showed off her growing baby bump for the first time, which prompted a sweet message from her man. Orlando shared a photo of Katy, captioning it “My babies blooming ❤️.”
Katy was in Australia to perform at the Women’s Cricket World Cup Final in Melbourne, and she was proudly showing off her growing belly. She wore two dresses, a pink girl-power themed costume and a purple mini dress. She performed two songs, “Roar” and “Firework,” and told the crowd about her baby-to-be, “I hope it’s a girl.”
