A St Louis teen remains missing after family and friends put the plea out on social media to locate her. 16 year old Brooklyn Howard has been missing since January 2nd and St Louis Police Chief Richard Ramereiz confirmed it. However, he referred to Howard as a “voluntary runaway.”
