A Union Township woman faces charges of retail fraud and conspiracy after she tried to walk out of the Mt. Pleasant Meijer with two carts full of items. The Morning Sun reports that a loss prevention officer at Meijer observed 33 year old Amy Neil placing large numbers of items in her cart over several hours. Neil’s boyfriend and two 8-year-old daughters were also used in the scam.
