Casey’s kids filed to dismiss the wrongful death suit against Jean, which the court signed off on this week. But his daughter Kerri isn’t happy about it all wrapped up. Apparently, she is “distraught and heartbroken” after feeling like she was pressured into settling by her siblings and attorneys.
