Since a no-fine policy was put into place at the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library in Midland, staff have seen more missing materials make their way back to the library. More changes are coming to the library too. Streamlining due dates to be easily remembered, and purchasing new, updated checkout software is on the agenda too
