People living near the Muskegon River Youth Home in Evart say multiple kids have broken out of it recently and they now want to be notified when it happens. 9 and 10 News reports that at a townhall meeting Monday night, people shared stories of thefts that have happened when the kids broke out. Management at the home say they are working on an app to notify neighbors and will work on trying to let them know when escapes happen
