Cuba Gooding Jr is due in a Manhattan courtroom today to face new charges in his sexual misconduct case.
The actor’s lawyer says he’ll be arraigned on an updated misdemeanor indictment that involve a new accuser. Prosecutors now say they’ve heard from at least a dozen additional women who say Gooding Jr either sexually harassed or touched them. They’ve requested the allege victims testify.
The Oscar winning actor is denying all allegations.
