A Rosebush man faces charges that he raped a child stemming from an investigation conducted by the Isabella County Sheriff’s Office. 31-year-old Brandon Haggart was charged Tuesday with two counts of criminal sexual conduct, and a third count of accosting minor for immoral purposes. The investigation started in February, when the mother of a 6-year-old girl told officers that Haggart had sexually abused the girl. Information that might identify the girl is being withheld.
