Hunters in portions of three Upper Peninsula counties will be subject to a ban on deer baiting and feeding under regulations approved by the Michigan Natural Resources Commission this week. A 660-square mile range containing parts of Dickinson, Delta and Menominee counties in the Upper Peninsula are the affected areas.
