A Midland utilities worker found $1200 in an envelope while doing roadwork and instead of keeping it, he handed it over to Midland police. Matt Knopp said he was brought up to do the right thing. It seems it was. Knopp found out that the money in the envelope was for monthly bills and taking care of kids.
