Alec Baldwin appeared in Manhattan criminal court yesterday over the parking spot altercation with a motorist in New York back in November. The actor has pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment.
The actor originally faced misdemeanor attempted assault and harassment charges, but later admitted to pushing the driver. In a statement, prosecutor Ryan Lipes says that the actor was offered a second-degree violation “with the condition that he completes the short anger management program.”
So, Baldwin will go to anger management and pay a fine of $120. He has to complete the classes before March 22nd, the next time he’s due in court.
