A man awaiting sentencing for using his girlfriends grandmothers credit card without permission, has been charged with stealing laptops from CMU. 48 year old, Phillip Gerard Washington, from Lake Isabella, was charged with (2) felonies. A woman at his residence gave authorities permission to search and said she suspected him of stealing the computers.
