A second lawsuit has been filed in the wake of the tragic shooting on the set of “Rust.” Script supervisor Mamie Mitchell was four feet away from Alec Baldwin when the gun went off, killing Halyna Hutchins. She blames him and the producers of the indie film for both physical and emotional injuries she suffered. She has retained Gloria Allred as her lawyer. She feels that Alec should’ve checked the gun to make sure the gun was unloaded. She also accuses the producers of cost-cutting measures that led to the incident.
