Director James Gunn has landed Nathan Fillion and Steve Agee for “The Suicide Squad.”
Fillion’s role is a tightly held secret, but he and Gunn have worked together before in “Super” and “Slither.” Agee, we know, will be the voice of King Shark. Other stars include Margot Robbie stars as Harley Quinn, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag and series newcomers Idris Elba, David Dastmalchian Flula Borg and John Cena.
The film opens August 6, 2021.
