Britney Spears’s ex-husband Kevin Federline wants an increase in his child support, which is already $20,000 a month. Spears’s father Jamie made a proposal to Federline’s lawyer for the support payments, which Federline himself “flatly rejected” and now wants “a once yearly income and expense declaration from Britney including most recent tax returns filed” to determine the amount of child support he thinks he needs. Because an agreement has not been reached by both parties, the case may be taken to court. Federline has full legal custody of the children from his and Britney’s marriage.
