Clare Public School District is seeking $12.1 million for various upgrades to the primary and middle schools, including safety and security, infrastructure improvements and new education and recreation spaces. The funding would go towards the construction of secure entrances in the middle and high schools, along with adding window reinforcements. The proposal would not raise millage rates, instead extending current millage rates.
