Mt. Pleasant City commissioners are looking into entering into a contract with a new trash pickup provider that will allow residents to ditch the “bag/tag” system. Granger Waste Services will assume the duty at the end of the year. Instead of paying over $30+ for 10 tags, the fees will range between $9.76 a month up to $17.21 per month, depending on the size of refuse bins & frequency of pickup.
