The Downtown Alma Tree replacement project started yesterday, following three years of studies, planning, discussions & preparations. Crews plan to complete one block per day on Superior St moving west. Todays’ work will take place between Gratiot & Woodworth Avenue, then from Woodworth to State Street, then down to Prospect Avenue, tomorrow.
