A Midland man who pleaded to stealing a vehicle and later causing a three vehicle crash, then fleeing back on Nov 11, 2022, has been sentenced to one year of probation. 22-year-old Dominick Figueroa had no prior criminal record and rejected a plea deal last September. He later agreed to take the deal in exchange for his guilty plea, to a felony vehicle theft charge.
