A man from Fraser Township allegedly sought out a teen and opened fire on him as he drove through a rural stretch of Bay County. When police arrived, the teen & his girlfriend didn’t want to implicate their assailant. A few hours later they offered the shooters info to authorities. He’s now facing five felonies.
