A shooting on Saturday morning in Lansing has left 1 man dead. Lansing Police say an officer was involved in the shooting, following a call to a domestic violence situation. When Lansing PD arrived, they found an armed suspect and a shooting occurred. Officers secured the suspect & rendered first aid. He died on the way to the hospital. A handgun was recovered at the scene. No other injuries were reported. This case has been handed over the Michigan State Police.
