A Federal judge has rejected the latest request by Anthony Demasi, who wants half the charges he faces to be dropped. He allegedly used personal information of (3) college students to obtain credit cards. US District Judge Thomas Ludington says Mr. Demasi will be held to the same standards as everyone else who enters his courtroom.
