A shooting in Lansing Thursday night didn’t send anyone to the hospital, but it did put 43 people out in the cold. Residents of South Tree left their apartments to find water pouring through the walls & ceilings. A gun in one of the apartments went off which pierced a TV, two walls & a waterpipe. 10 children & 33 adults were displaced because of the incident, which remains under investigation.
