A 47-year-old man from Shepherd recently plead no contest to molesting a 12 year old child during a Super Bowl party back in February. Matthew Robison was in Midland County Circuit Court last week to answer to 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under 13, assault with intent to commit sexual penetration & accosting a child for immoral purposes. He’s currently in the Midland County Jail awaiting sentencing on February 8th.
