A 27-year-old Mt Pleasant woman has confessed to Tribal Police that she was upset with a baby’s crying, that was under her care, therefore she sexually assaulted her as a punishment. Isabella Lucia Cloud was babysitting the 14-month-old & one of the baby’s siblings in Chippewa Township on Oct 15th when she flew into a rage. When the baby’s daddy came to pick them up, he noticed immediately her injuries. Ms. Cloud was in Bay City federal court Monday & remains lodged in the Isabella Co jail, pending further action.
