Alma & St. Louis to join forces, perhaps?

Discussions have been heating up about a possible merger between the Alma and St. Louis Police Departments. The leaders of both agencies, The Alma Director of Public Safety Mark Williams, Alma Police Chief Kendra Overla & St. Louis Police Chief Richard Rammeriez, are all in favor of the move.
