A decision on a possible second Aldi store in Midland will come at a later date after the Midland Planning Commission took comments & questions at it’s meeting at City Hall, on Tuesday. Planner, Ryan Smith, presented a location at the intersection of Bay City Road & Rockwell Drive. The store would be constructed on that vacant lot in the NW corner, which features Valley Lanes & Costco.
