Construction is set to begin next spring at Town Square in Mt Pleasant after the city was awarded a grant from the state. The $1M grant from the Michigan Economic Development Corp, will support the project. With it, they’ll revitalize the area at Broadway and Main, with the remainder of the 2.2M to come from the city’s general fund.
