Mt. Pleasant city officials have welcomed, Phil Biscorner, as the new Director of Parks & Public spaces, following the departure of Chris Bundy.  When Parks & Rec former Director, Ryan Longoria resigned earlier this year, the city decided to combine the (2) related departments. Biscorner is also the Interim Director of Parks & Rec, as well.
